| Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days and we will either exchange the item or refund the cost of the item (excluding postage charges & gift wrap charges).

Please be aware when returning goods, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Repack unsuitable items in original packaging and please ensure it is well packaged for transit.
It is vital to obtain a "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office. This is proof of your return should the item go astray in the post. You are also responsible for the costs of returning items.
If we have send out an item that is faulty, we shall replace it or refund at your request. We will also reimburse the cost of the return postage.
Please give us up to 7 days to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
Please be advised that we cannot refund items that have been personalised or customised unless the item is faulty.
